Ait Benhaddou is an interesting day trip from Marrakech after you cross the High Atlas Mountains, Ait Benhaddou is the UNESCO site classified since 1987 where few families are still living in Ait Benhaddou, along the way you will admire the Berber villages in the mountains of High Atlas village. 4km of rocky off-road along the salty valley of Ounila to get to Ait benhadou kasbah, a natural decoration for many movies which were shot in the area. Take a walk and cross the dried river with our English speaking driver/guide to dominate the the kasbahs of Ait Benhaddou. You will be invited for tea with one of the families. Free time to explore the kasbahs of Ait Benhaddou and have lunch in a local restaurant overlooking the Ksar, after lunch we will continue to Ouarzazate; visit of cinema Studios and the Kasbah Taourirt another Palace of Pacha El Glaoui. In the afternoon, we will drive back to Marrakech via the Tizi n’Tichka.
Ouzoud waterfalls are located at 170Km from Marrakech, one of the most attractions and selected day trip departing from Marrakech, the cascades of Ouzoud are in the middle Atlas section close to Azilal city. A 3 hours drive from Marrakech, you will be able to discover the highest waterfalls of the Morocco, go on a trek around the falls, ride the local boats to cross the river, or trek for 2 hours to get to the source of Ouzoud cascades, enjoy the tasty local food in one of the restaurant. Ouzoud cascades are a popular site for Moroccans at summer.
After breakfast in your riad, you will start travelling to the coastal city of Essaouira. Getting there after about a 2 and a half hour drive to start exploring the city. You’ll visit the Skala Fortress; see Thuya wood carved by artisans; walk through the alleys of the medina and view hundreds of handicrafts. This "City of the Wind" attracts surfers from all over the world. Essaouira knew many civilisations - including the Portuguese occupation, which affects much of its architecture - however, it remains a small village with much history. Because of its size and its characteristic blue doors and washed walls, it is also regarded as Morocco’s "Jewel of the Atlantic”. You will also visit the women's co-operative of Argan oil. Here they extract the oil that is famous for its culinary, cosmetic and medicinal properties. Lunch will be done the Moroccan way – fresh fish “cooked in order” at the fish market. In the afternoon you will travel back to Marrakech.
Imlil village is located at 70 km from Marrakech bellow the Toubkal Mountain, the last step before the ascent of Toubkal, Imlil is known as the departure point of treks as well. After we attend the Berber village of Asni, we take the left way to reach Imlil. From here either you walk around the village or take a mule to climb for a short trek to get the Kasbah of Toubkal where you can have lunch and enjoy the view on green gardens.
Off to a little adventure, heading for Tahanouate (paved road) through the gorges of Asni. .
Arrival at the picturesque village of Asni, you take the trail from the plateau of Kik via Moulay Brahim. Passage through changing landscapes to Lake Lalla Takerkouste of which presents a magnificent panorama of the Atlas Mountains in the distance.

Our driver and guide will pick you up at your accommodation link , we go on the road to Ourika valley , leaving behind the bustling city. Soon, the open landscape will change, and the plains give way to valleys and gorges. After a break in the village of Tafza , including a visit to the typical Berber house overlooking the area, we will begin our ascent. We will first go towards Oukaimeden, one of the few ski resorts in Morocco , and continue along quiet roads . As we come close to 1,250 miles ( 2,000 meters ) above sea level , snow-capped mountains in the background are a perfect photo stop . Starting the descent towards Asni the other side of the valley, you can admire the imposing Kasbah Tamadot Sir Richard Branson on the way, nestled between the cliffs and lush vegetation. For lunch , choose between eating inside a traditional house with a Berber family, or by the pool in a charming local inn. In the nearby Berber village of Asni , a major souk is held every Saturday , where farmers bring fruits , vegetables and livestock for sale . After lunch, we headed to the Kik plateau , over 1100 miles (1800 meters) above sea level , offering spectacular views of the mountains . Experience the amazing contrast between the two mountain ranges and look around to see traditional Berber adobe houses scattered in small villages. As we descend on the other side , keep your eyes open for the brave paragliders soar neighboring cliffs. If the light is good, you can stop once again to capture the beautiful landscape that unfolds before our eyes. The vast panorama is interrupted only by the reservoir of the 4 - mile (7 km ) wide lake Takerkoust . Further down the road, the ruins of Kasbah along the road.
